We'd rather you were happy than paid. Here's how refunds work.
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of any payment, email hello@pausyapp.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to explain why, though we'd appreciate knowing.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and no further charges are made. We don't normally refund payments older than 14 days, but if something went wrong on our side, such as a bug that stopped the app from working for you, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and refunds are returned to the original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
The first 7 days of a subscription are free, so nothing is charged during the trial. If you forgot to cancel and were charged when it ended, treat it as a refund request under the 14-day rule above.
